Grievance Redressal

ISAB Greater Noida is committed to provide the quick resolution to their stakeholders like Students, Guardians, Vendors, Media etc in case of any of query/clarification. Still if the problem/query/grievance is not addressed in the desired manner then kind one is requested to escalate the matter as per the below charter by providing the complete details about the matter along with the FULL NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL , CONTACT NO. AND A COPY OF VALID ID PROOF.

As per the grievance redressal mechanism, one can submit the matter with Manager administration and wait for maximum 3 working days for the resolution. If resolution is not being done at Manager level then one is authorised to forward the matter by using same email to the Director for quick resolution.
