He has managed large projects to set up dairy and cattle feed plant while working for Banas Dairy, Asia’s Largest Dairy. He has worked as IT Head for Amul driving large scale IT integration of entire Cow to Consumer supply chain on a single unified platform. He was instrumental in development of IT infrastructure for benefit of cooperatives and dairy farmers as ICT Head, NDDB. He has helped in developing Country’s National Level Dairy Cattle Database and Large-scale Project support system for NDDB. Sir has helped organizations improve business strategy and process quality.
