These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ISAB Greater Noida website at https://www.isab.org.in/ (“Website”). The Website is published for general information about ISAB, its programmes, admissions, events, institutional activities and related services. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
1Institutional identity and contact
The Website identifies the institution as Imperial School of Agribusiness (ISAB Greater Noida), with its campus/contact address at Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201308, India. General contact: director@isab.org.in; admissions contact: admission@isab.org.in.
2Scope of these Terms
These Terms apply to general use of the public Website, including browsing pages, downloading publicly offered materials, submitting enquiries and using contact forms. Programme-specific terms, application declarations, fee/refund policies, admission letters, student handbooks, event rules, payment-provider terms or separate platform terms may apply in addition. If a specific signed agreement or programme policy conflicts with these general Website Terms, the specific document will govern the subject it expressly covers, to the extent permitted by law.
3Website information and educational content
ISAB endeavours to keep Website information accurate and current. However, programme details, eligibility criteria, fees, dates, curriculum, faculty, facilities, scholarships, placements, internships, rankings, outcomes and other information may change and may be updated from time to time. Website content is general information and is not, by itself, an offer of admission, a guarantee of eligibility, a promise of employment or placement, or a binding commitment to provide a particular programme or benefit.
The final position on eligibility, admission, fees, refund, academic requirements and enrolment will be determined by the applicable official policy, prospectus, written offer, signed agreement or authorised written communication. If you identify an error or inconsistency, contact ISAB before relying on the information.
4Admissions and third-party agents
Admission decisions are made through ISAB's authorised process and are subject to applicable eligibility requirements, verification of submitted information, availability and the official admission terms. Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee admission, a scholarship, a fee concession, an internship or a placement.
5User responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree to use the Website lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive or misleading purposes;
- submit false, inaccurate, impersonated or misleading information, or documents that you are not authorised to provide;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, forms, databases, accounts or connected systems;
- introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks or any activity intended to disrupt or impair the Website;
- scrape, harvest or collect personal information from the Website without authorisation;
- copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit Website content except as permitted by law or with written permission;
- misuse ISAB's name, logo, identity, faculty/student images or other branding in a way that suggests unauthorised endorsement or affiliation; or
- interfere with other users' access or infringe the rights, privacy or intellectual property of ISAB or any other person.
6Enquiry forms, applications and submissions
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the Website is accurate, complete and current to the best of your knowledge. Submit only information you are authorised to share. Do not submit confidential information unrelated to your enquiry. ISAB may contact you to clarify information or to respond to the purpose for which you submitted it. The processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Unless a specific form states otherwise, submitting a general enquiry does not create an admission contract, student relationship, agency relationship or guarantee of any service. Do not treat an automated acknowledgement as an admission offer or confirmation of payment.
7Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless stated otherwise, Website text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, documents, layouts and other materials are owned by ISAB or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the Website and download or print materials for personal, non-commercial reference where the Website makes them available for that purpose, provided you retain applicable notices and do not alter the materials.
You may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law. ISAB's name, logo and other marks may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation without authorisation.
8Third-party links, tools and services
The Website may include links to third-party websites, social-media services, maps, video platforms, forms, application portals or payment gateways. These are provided for convenience. ISAB does not control all third-party content, availability, security or terms and is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
9Website availability and security
ISAB may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website for maintenance, security, operational or other reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or always-available access. You are responsible for using appropriate device security and keeping any credentials confidential. Notify ISAB if you suspect misuse of a Website account or a security issue.
10Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every page will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or free of technical errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any non-waivable statutory rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ISAB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from general use of the Website, inability to access it, reliance on general Website content, third-party services or unauthorised acts by third parties. This clause does not override any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
11Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for losses or reasonable costs directly arising from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Website, or infringement of another person's rights. This clause does not apply to the extent a loss is caused by ISAB's own breach, negligence or other conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
12Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by the ISAB Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is handled. Please review it before submitting personal information. Where a form presents a separate notice or consent choice, that notice or choice will apply to the relevant processing activity.
13Changes to the Website or these Terms
ISAB may update Website content and these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply from publication unless a different effective date is stated or applicable law requires further notice. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
14Suspension or restriction of access
ISAB may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users, institutional operations or legal rights, or where there is a suspected breach of these Terms or applicable law. Where appropriate and feasible, ISAB may investigate the matter before taking further action.
15Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any mandatory jurisdictional rules, courts having competent jurisdiction in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the Website.
16Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
