COVID has significantly affected education around the world where students from agriculture and allied institutions are also suffering and bearing significant losses in their learning process, thus affecting the chances of their employment in the market.

Keeping our philanthropic vision in mind, ISAB MBA ABM Colleges in Delhi NCR has taken the initiative to offer “AGRI-BUSINESS CERTIFICATION PROGRAM”

INTRODUCTION

After the successful completion of ACP 2023 and ACP 2024, ISAB is organizing ACP 2.0 2024

India is the most youthful nation in the world which can fulfil the demand for skilled manpower around the world. It has clearly been recognized the importance of food & agribusiness post-pandemic. World’s population is expected to grow to almost 10 billion by 2050 demanding innovative Food Processing techniques and agriculture production. The decline in the share of agriculture in total production and organized employment is taking place at different speeds and poses different challenges across regions. In a country like India, the food processing and agricultural sector plays a vital role in constructing and supporting the GDP. The country which depends on agriculture needs to have dynamic and innovative skilled manpower.

Program Objectives

ELIGIBILITY

  • Undergraduates studying in the third, final year & passed out of their Agriculture & allied degree program
  • Preferably studying in the field of Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Fisheries, Sericulture, Agriculture Marketing, Home Science, Food Processing, Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Plant Sciences, Agriculture Engineering, Food Technology, Biotechnology and Allied Sciences.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Evaluation to be done based on Academic Performance, Extra & Co-Curricular Activities and Diversity.

Glimpses of ACP 2022

Here are the glimpses of the Agribusiness Certification Program (ACP) held in the year 2022 by ISAB where over 1200 registrations were received from various Universities of Agriculture & allied streams.

The ACP was attended by the selected 300 students as per the eligibility criteria of ACP program where over 300 students got selected and completed the training which benefitted them for better Job Prospects.
