As the global population is projected to approach 10 billion by 2050, the demand for innovative food processing techniques and sustainable agricultural production is more critical than ever. The declining share of agriculture in total production and organized employment is unfolding at different rates across regions, posing unique challenges that require adaptive and forward-thinking solutions.

In a country like India, where agriculture remains a cornerstone of the economy and a key contributor to the GDP, there is an urgent need for dynamic, skilled, and innovative professionals in the agribusiness and food processing sectors.

To address this need, I undertook a personal journey—visiting over 75+ agricultural and agribusiness institutions including GBPUAT Pantnagar, NDRI, MANAGE, XIMB, CAU, BHU, CAU Jhansi, IIT Kharagpur, and more. I interacted with more than 15,000 students to gain first-hand insights into their aspirations, challenges, and expectations. This extensive outreach allowed me to bridge the gap between student ambitions and corporate industry requirements.

At ISAB, we are proud to be supported by a network of 21+ highly respected faculty members, alumni of esteemed institutions such as IIT, IIM, IRMA, MANAGE, and XLRI, with deep-rooted experience in corporate and policy-making roles.

Our institute is committed to holistic development. We incorporate live projects, extracurricular activities, weekly guest sessions, monthly seminars, and quarterly live internships to ensure our students are industry-ready and future-proof.

ISAB has earned national recognition for its robust academic structure, corporate exposure, and dedicated placement support. Our students regularly attend 50+ expos and trade fairs, and benefit from insights shared by 100+ corporate leaders, MDs, and CEOs. Each year, the top 10–15 meritorious and all-rounder students are sponsored for international exposure trips to countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Israel, Turkey, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka, fostering cross-cultural learning and a global outlook.

We also provide 500+ hrs comprehensive placement training, aptitude and corporate communication skills including Blockchain, Cloud, AI & ML, stipend-based summer and winter internships, Business Analytics and Digital Marketing, Corporate Communication programs, and Corporate Life Skills sessions.

Over the past six years, we are grateful to have partnered with 300+ recruiters and industry experts, consistently delivering 100% placement assistance to eligible students across Food & Agribusiness, Rural banking sector etc.

Career Orientation Workshop

The senior management of ISAB which has many IIM AHMEDABAD alumni has conducted Career Orientation Workshops in more than 50 Institutes / Universities of Agriculture and allied streams in the year 2019 and 2020 and provided necessary guidance and direction to over 10,000 students in choosing a right career path.
